New Trend? Credit Union Acquires Bank
A new trend seems to be shaping up as more credit unions are considering bank acquisitions as part of their growth plans.
Tallahassee-based First Commerce CU has announced plans to acquired First Commercial Bank of Crestview, FL.
With the acquisition the credit union will acquire 3 branches and $85 million in assets.
