Teresa spent four decades in the global credit union movement, most recently serving as president/CEO of the federal -chartered Xceed Financial Credit Union (formerly Xerox Federal Credit Union) before orchestrating Xceed’s 2021 merger with Kinecta Federal Credit Union and serving as the continuing credit union’s president. In early 2023, Teresa released her first book, Suits and Skirts: Game On! The Battle for Corporate Power, which speaks directly to men blocking women’s corporate advancement.
